Material:
Green plants pigments extract.
Dropper
Cotton ball
Rule
Chloroform
Test tube
Scissors
Pencil
100 mi beaker
Filter paper
Procedure:
Cut a strip of filter paper of 15 x 1 cm. cut one of the ends in a V shape and draw a faint pencil line 1 cm above the pointed end of the paper strip (now called a chromatogram).
Use the dropper to apply a tiny drop of the plant pigments extract on the center of the pencil line. Let the solvent dry and repeat this steps several times until a dark green color can be seen in the paper.
Pour 2 ml of chloroform in the test tube and introduce the paper strip in the tube. A small portion of the tip end must be immersed in the solvent. DO NOT IMMERSE the pigment spot in the solvent.
Place the cotton ball to cover the test tube but DO NOT PUSH the paper with the cotton cap.
Wait 5 - 7 minutes and observe how the solvent travels up the strip.
Remove the chromatogram (paper strip) from the solvent when the solvent nears the top of the test tube.
Measure the distances that the solvent and each of the pigments moved, forming bands of different colors.

Rapper
Contrary to some opinions, rapping is not just 'talking fast'.
Rappers need to have an extremely good grasp of language, word play, rhyme, alliteration, similes and metaphors. Rappers are the common day poets of our society.
Rappers need to develop their 'flow' and delivery. Their 'flow' is the type of tone and voice the rapper chooses when rapping their lyrics. For one example of a rapper's flow listen to the rapper known as Twista. Twista was (at one point) listed in the Guiness Book of World Records as the Fastest Rapper. Twista chose a very fast delivery and hard tone for his songs.
Rappers must also develop excellent breath control. If you've ever attempted to rap along with the music and ran out of breath before the artist....that's why.

Veterinary

Requirements to Become a Veterinarian
Earning a bachelor's degree: The first requirement to become a veterinarian is to acquire an undergraduate degree. Aspiring veterinarians should take such undergraduate courses as animal biology, organic and inorganic chemistry, physics, genetics, zoology and cellular biology.
Taking appropriate entrance exam: All accredited veterinary medicine colleges require applicants to submit test scores with their application. Most colleges require scores from the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), but some require scores from the Veterinary College Admissions Test (VCAT).
Obtaining a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree: Earning a veterinary degree requires four years of full-time study. Aspiring veterinarians should be sure their college is accredited by the Council on Education of the American Veterinarian Medical Association (AVMA).
Completing an internship: While completing a one-year internship after graduating is not one of the requirements to become a veterinarian, it is often helpful for career development. Many graduates seek an internship experience that will lead to higher earning power later.
Acquiring a state license: Obtaining a state license is the final requirement to become a veterinarian. The licensing process varies by state, but most states require applicants to earn a passing grade on the national board examination.

Doctor

Requirements to Become a Doctor
The requirements for becoming a doctor vary somewhat depending on what type of doctor you'd like to be. Generally speaking, though, you can figure on eight years of school plus anywhere from three to eight years of residency depending on your medical specialty. School starts with a four-year bachelor's degree program with strong coursework in the sciences. Then comes another four years in medical school. The college courses you are required to take if you hope to go on to medical school are biology, inorganic and organic chemistry and English. Some medical school programs also require math or calculus and biochemistry. For most schools, you need a grade point average, or GPA, of 3.5 or above. 4.0 is the highest GPA a student may achieve.
